STORE MANAGER
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the finished goods store operations to ensure efficient and
effective storage and movement of finished goods from production. This involves
supervision of staff.
Responsibilities
1. Planning, coordinating and supervision of the process of receiving finished goods from production.
2. Managing the tagging & labeling of finished goods in the store.
3. Capturing received items into the system.
4. Verify and confirm quantities of finished goods received from production
5. Ensure proper arrangement of items, standardization and general cleanliness in the store
6. Keeping yourself knowledgeable about the location of each item in the store for easy tracing whenever the item is required
7. Carrying out periodic stock taking to confirm the actual quantities in store
8. Monitor and advise production about the actual stock levels
9. Handing over and issuing items to dispatch
10. Managing returns from clients
11. Supervising other staff that are assigned to work in store
12. Attend to any other relevant and reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time
