JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for undertaking a variety of office support tasks and clerical work. Supporting the manager in maintaining clients and performing customer relationship duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales
- Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the company contact database management with up to date contact, accurate and activity details.
- Prepare monthly, weekly and daily sales reports.
b. Office Assistant
- Organizing the office and assisting the manager to optimize processes
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Perform receptionist duties to the manager office
- Maintaining files and perform other clerical duties in the office
QUALIFICATIONS
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from recognized institution
Experience in either sales or office administration

- Ability to manage time and prioritize work.

- High levels of confidentiality
- Articulate communicator and ability to interact with senior management level
- High standard of attention to detail.
- Solid commitment to customer or visitor service.
- Ability to convey complex and challenging information to manager.
- Expert Microsoft Office skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and Emailing.
