We currently do not have a branch in Kampala or any other area.
What kind of products or services do you offer?
Prime Concepts was founded as a premier manufacturer of Corrugated Carton Packaging materials and Egg trays in Uganda and East Africa.
Which boxes are available in terms of size?
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we do offer delivery services for orders that meet minimum dispatch quantities.
What is your delivery period long?
Production for customized jobs is 7-10 days. We advise customers to always plan ahead.
What do you consider in costing stereo plates?
We look at the number of colors, and print coverage.
8. Why are the plate costs high? / How much Is a printing plate?
The cost depends on the design, not all costs are high, but a print plate is a
one-time cost, once it is made it can be used for up to 5 years. If damaged the company makes a new one free of charge.

What prices do you sell at?
Unfortunately, only the generic items have standard prices. All other products are costed according to the size and volume of the box.
Do I get a discount in case I make an order which is above the minimum quantity?
We do offer price discounts on orders of 3000 pcs and above.
Do you have sample boxes available?
We do have some sample boxes available, The ones we do not have we make for our customers to have an idea. These need 1 day.
Do you manufacture e.g., export boxes, storage or boxes for relocation purpose?
Yes we do.

What is the difference between 3ply and 5ply boxes?
How much do you charge to print on the boxes ?
We do not charge printing on the box, we charge you for the printing plate only.

How much is a box ?
We need the dimensions of the carton to work this out for you.
Length x Width x Height. Or you can send us your sample product and we work this out for you.
